Billing question, How do I verify I upgraded to developer for $29.00 and not something else

I upgraded to developer, after doing so I would like to verify this and the info I received back was my estimated monthly cost is $200.00 instead of $29.00 I had intended. Please help

    You can view the breakdown of the resources and cost per resource in the cost management and billing section. In Cost Management + Billing, navigate to Cost analysis. You can review the breakdown of your costs.

    If you still cannot verify the $29.00 charge and suspect an error, consider contacting Azure Support directly. Use Help + Support > Create a Support Request in the Azure Portal, selecting Billing as the issue type.
