    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    Please try the suggestions below:

1.Event ID 1 often indicates a hardware failure. Open Event Viewer and look for WHEA-Logger events. These can provide more details about the hardware causing the issue. Note any specific hardware mentioned and focus your troubleshooting there. If possible, test your CPU, RAM, and other components in another system to identify faulty hardware.

2.Run chkdsk to check for disk errors. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type chkdsk /f /r and press Enter.

3.Run sfc /scannow to check for and repair corrupted system files. Run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to repair the system image.

4.If all else fails, you might want to consider a clean Windows installation as a final step to eliminate any software-related issues.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou

Follow up: by using a simple "HEX to text" converter, the RawData shows that it was an hardware failure of the SSD. I've changed the SSD and haven't experienced anymore crash.
