Resource creation issues

Why can't I create a resource after I have signed into my azure account? The account is the one I used to redeem $5000 worth of azure credits from the sponsorship program.

    Hello Kater Titus,

    Navigate to your subscriptions (To do this search for subscriptions in the portal) and from there check the status of your subscription if it is active or disabled

    From the status you will be able to tell if the sunscription is actually active as non active subs are read only
