It's been four months and Microsoft Azure support is still not able to resolve my issue(ticket), anyone knows from where can I get support to resolve this?

Hi folks,

I’m reaching out to share my frustrating experience with Azure support regarding my subscription issue.

It all started in June 2024, when my subscription was unexpectedly disabled at midnight, leaving me locked out of my own tenant. On June 28, I submitted a support ticket through the Azure portal. The support team assured me that they would reactivate my subscription and link it to my existing Microsoft account.

Now, four months later, I’m still without a resolution. The support team continues to send me broken API links that lead nowhere, and when I inquire about the status, their response remains vague, simply stating they’re “working on it.”

As an Azure developer myself, it’s disheartening to say that I’ve lost confidence in the ability of the Microsoft Azure support team to resolve this issue. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to expedite this matter.
