Even i stopped 2 App Service i am still paying for them arounf 12 USD per day

I have created 2 App services on 23 October, which host a Microsoft Teams app to test it before deploying it to a custom PROD app, as follow:-

Now i finished testing the app, so i stopped the 2 App Services, but inside the Azure Subscription i am still been paid for those 2 app services for around 12 USD per day, as follow:-

so how i can stop been charged for app services that are stopped?

    Hello john john Pter, it's important to understand that just stopping the App Services does not reduce your cost. In other words, there's no concept of "stopping" as far as App Services are concerned, purely from a pricing perspective. If you want to stop the cost, you necessarily need to either delete the app or update the SKU to the Free tier. This is called out explicitly in the pricing FAQ page as well - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/app-service/windows/
