In msdb.dbo.backupset table, Backup_Finish_Date date is showing same as start time. I hope there is bug in SQL server 2022. The same is working fine in sql server 2014.

It seems to be OK my machine (SQL 2022 CU15+GDR):
The backup on the top of the list is a "real" backup that I took as a test prior to composing this post. The others are just shadow copies taken my Windows backup tool.

The issue seems to be related with your size of database.
I test locally that when the database is small, it will back up quickly without a second, if i change a large one, the time will be different.
