    Hello Jiahong Zou,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

The error code 0xC00000D4 indicates a problem with Windows' fast startup feature.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1.Update Graphics Card Drivers:

Ensure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card. Visit the manufacturer's website to download and install the latest drivers.

    2.Disable Fast Startup:

Fast startup can sometimes cause issues with hardware initialization. To disable it:

    Open Control Panel.

    Go to Power Options.

Click on Choose what the power buttons do.

Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.

Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended).

Save changes and restart your computer.

3.Run System File Checker (SFC) and DISM:

Corrupted system files can cause startup issues.

Run these commands to repair them:

Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type: sfc /scannow and press Enter.

Type: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter.
