    @Edward Turner

    To delete a recurring Microsoft Teams meeting created by a former user, you'll generally need to have the appropriate permissions. If you have access to the calendar where the meeting is scheduled (like via a shared mailbox or if you have delegate permissions), you can delete it. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

    1. Open Outlook: Since Microsoft Teams meetings are often synced with Outlook, you'll start here. 2. Find the Meeting:
    • Go to your Calendar view in Outlook.
    • Locate the recurring meeting series on the calendar.
    1. Delete the Series:
    • Double-click on one instance of the recurring meeting.
    • A prompt will appear asking if you want to open just this occurrence or the entire series; select "The entire series."
    • Click the "Delete" button.
    1. Confirm Deletion:
    • You may be asked to confirm that you want to delete the meeting series. Confirm this action.
