    Hi Alan,

Thanks for your post. From your description, it is possible your storage is completely filled up and needs to be deleted.

    1. Please type the word Storage Sense in the Start and open the page.
    2. Make sure Storage Sense is clicked on.
    3. Click on the Clean up Recommendations.
    4. Then click on Advanced Options.
    5. Click on the files you will want to delete. Be careful not to delete the password and download files if they are not stored elsewhere.
    6. Then click on Remove Files.

Keep the page on and view the Temporary Files. If it files up again, keep deleting it until it no longer files up again.

I have already deleted all unneeded files from drive c and even cleared the recycle bin, I have cleared up to a gig of hd space and come back a few hours later and I am down to 500 megs free, this has happened 3 times already this past week
