Change the blue frame to bright colour e.g. Yellow, Red or Green when someone speaks as it is not always visible with the current blue colour

As a hard-of-hearing person, and with all the necessary technology gadgets in place it is difficult to identify the individual that is speaking, especially when it's a large group of attendees. I don't need another technology suggestion as I need to participate during the calls. It would be more helpful if a more bright colorful frame can be used that highlight the person that is speaking instead of the current blue color, which is not so obvious. It's too "dark". Whether it's a meeting in person or in Teams, I'm missing out on what was said during the moments of trying to locate (identify) the person that is speaking and ending up not listening what is being said. Surely, if Teams is able to change background and suppress background noise, then there should be a way to select the color that works best for the individual?
