Good morning, in the face of the need to synchronize the Outlook calendar with Iphone. I found 2 possibilities online with Itunes or Icloud, but both report configuration/installation problems, of which I report the details below:

  1. option with Itunes (reference article Synchronizing Outlook calendars and Apple iPhone or iPod touch - Microsoft Support)

As you can see in the attachment after in the Info section I don't see option: "Sync calendars from and then Outlook."

Itunes version 12.13.4.4

OS Windows 11 23H2

  1. option with iCloud (reference article Use iCloud for Windows to sync calendar and contacts with Outlook - Microsoft Support)

After downloading and installing Icloud from the link in the article, after logging in with Icloud Account, a login error appears.

I have already contacted Apple support for both solutions, on their side they have carried out all the checks, but I was told to check with Microsoft and then possibly return to Apple with new elementsItunes.jpg

For the iCloud method, it seems you are encountering a login error, here are some steps you may want to take:

    1. Update iCloud for Windows: Make sure you have the latest version of iCloud for Windows installed.
    2. Check Apple ID: Verify that your Apple ID and password are correct. Sometimes, resetting your Apple ID password can resolve login issues.
    3. Two-Factor Authentication: If you have two-factor authentication enabled, ensure you're entering the verification code sent to your device.
