AD sync issue

I'm having a weird issue with a user account. Prior to configuring AD sync we had users in AD and m365. After the ad sync it looks like I have duplicate attributes on one user account. However, the one that synced is not the account that the user uses for mail and ms apps.

    It is most likely due to an invalid attribute on the synced account.

    You can open synchronization service on the entra connect server and look for errors which will show in the pane.
