Where to find documentation for creating OpenAI Studio ContentFilter resource via Rest API?

As the title mentioned,

I am trying to find documentation on creating a ContentFilter in OpenAI Studio.

In fact, I have been having trouble finding any information on OpenAI Studio Rest API in general. I need automate several approaches and a help or guidance in how I can utilize it would be appreciated, such as specific endpoints. I understand how to use the Azure endpoint to create other resources.
