An error keeps popping up when I try to install the SQL server, saying I have an incorrect ODBC driver installation package. I have tried to restart the computer a few times and download a package a few different times. I'm adding the datil file from Installation try.

But if you already have an ODBC 17 SQL Server Driver installed, you may have a latter version (or an older version?) which confuses Setup. Make a note of which version you have installed, uninstall and try again.
It could also be that the language version of your ODBC driver does not match the language version of SQL Server.
