Welcome to Q&A Microsoft ! This platform is mainly based on communicating with English.

For your issue it is either you have incompatibilities or corrupted files in the OneDrive sync client.

    Update OneDrive

Verify you have the latest version of OneDrive. You can download it directly from the official OneDrive site.

If you want to repair the OneDrive Installation :

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps (or Programs and Features in older versions of Windows).
    • Locate Microsoft OneDrive, select it, and choose Repair or Modify (if available). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repair process.

    Or reset on OneDrive

    • Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
    • Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press Enter.

This will reset OneDrive and may resolve any issues with corrupted settings. After resetting, OneDrive will need to re-sync your files.

If the issue persists, consider uninstalling OneDrive entirely from Settings > Apps.

After uninstalling, restart your computer and download the latest version of OneDrive from the official site.

If you want to check for system file corruptions :

    • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
    • Run the command sfc /scannow to check for and repair corrupted system files that might be causing the issue.
