Have you received any error code/message in this case?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

On Windows 11, there could be a few reasons why the "Use my Windows user account" option is greyed out and unchecked:

    1. Check the Group Policy settings to see if there are any restrictions on the corresponding options.
    2. Please check if this feature is disabled in the wireless network profile
    3. Please check the network card driver and make sure it is up to date and there are no compatibility issues with Win11

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
