So what more exactly were you trying to do when you got this error? Just dumping an error message without any context is not really a recipe to get a good answer.

Are you trying to add a new db in data sync? if yes, was this database use in sync before.?

You might be missing some tables. If this database is not used in any other sync group?

Please try and let me know if that fix the issue.
