How long does Identity Validations take to process?

Hi,

I have applied for a new Identity under Identity validations from Trusted Signing. The application status has not changed from "In Progress" from the past two weeks. I have no way of esclating this situation or getting an update on the status.

How long will the process take?

What are my options to get this resolved ASAP?
