    The popup you're seeing may be related to your graphics driver or a third-party display management tool, such as Dell Display Manager, LG Onscreen Control, or NVIDIA or Intel Graphics Command Center features.

    Try uninstalling any monitor management software, then restart your computer to see if the issue is resolved.
