Hi,

I am looking to create a group chat with an external user's email and an internal user. Could anyone guide me on how this can be achieved?

Should I create a member first with the type anonymousGuestConversationMember and then add it to the team's group chat? or do i need to create a user?

Thanks in advance

    Hello Mohammed Sarfaraz,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Support!

First, you need to invite the user as a guest in Azure AD, and then Add the guest to your group chat through the Add member endpoint.

    Hope this helps.
