Since an hour, we are getting "Error Internal server error | Apim-request-id: <<id>>" in all our OpenAI resources in the playground.
Deployment models are in EastUS and WestUS.

EAST US - The playground seems to be working fine for me now
but I still cannot call the API directly

tried to create a resource in US CENTRAL SOUTH and the same error ocurrs

EAST US - The Demo playground works fine for me now - I was getting the same error as you.
but still getting an error calling the API https://xxxxxx.openai.azure.com:443/openai/deployments/gpt-4o/chat/completions?api-version=2024-08-01-preview
API works now as well for EastUS and WestUS
