API OK(200), But empty response body in API Management

Hi everyone,

I purchased a Consumption subscription for Azure API Management. When I test the Azure App Service API in Postman, it works fine. However, when I try it with API Management, I get a 200 OK response, but there is no response body.

Can anyone help me with this?
