Work Items Query does not return visible results

Question

Hello,

I am making a query to insert shared steps. When I run query I can see that there are 11 work items, but window below is blank.

When I click Insert shared steps button, first one from the list is being inserted correctly.

I've tried cleaning site data, using incognito and different browsers (firefox, edge). It was working before as well.

Image 2 is how my colleague sees the same query.
