Since microsfot is part of Call of Duty now, how do I contact Activision to prove I'm innocent and falsely shadow banned by mass reports?

I was shadow banned twice on Black Ops 6 by mass reports, but I'm innocent. There's no customer service to contact Activision and I don't have an option to appeal the ban. Is Microsoft in partnership with Activision? Is there someone that can assist me? Should I just quit Cod? Why is there no help anywhere? Why do legit players get punnished, but hackers rome freely? Please help..
