Assistance Required with Importing Pipeline Configuration in Azure DevOps

I’m currently working on exporting the App Center build configuration to Azure Pipelines, following the steps outlined in the documentation. Specifically, I’ve exported the configuration using the JSON file from the App Center Build page.

However, when attempting to import this JSON file in Azure Pipelines, I encountered an issue. On the "Create Pipeline" screen, upon selecting “More Actions,” the “Import from Pipeline” option is not available. Instead, I only see options for "New Folder" and "Manage Security."

Could you please assist in identifying why the "Import from Pipeline" option is not appearing and how I might resolve this?
