I brought a new phone and wiped my old one. As it is an apple I transferred all my data to the new phone. I opened the authenticator app and it had got rid of all my accounts and when i tried to restore it, it said there are no backups. Now I cannot access emails and when i try to sign in on them, it gives me a code in the authenticator app saying i need to use that code in my authenticator app but you cannot leave the app and it thinks i am connected to another device. Please help

    Thanks for your question.

You need to backup your credentials in authenticator, if ths was not done unfortunately you can only resolve this by contacting support or asking your admins/support to reset your account https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/xandr/curate/troubleshooting-multi-factor-authentication-mfa?source=recommendations

So, You will need to contact the support teams of the applications on your MFA to assist you in resetting your credentials.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,
