Migrating from MailEnable to Office 365 Using Staged Migration Process

What are the steps to migrate from MailEnable to Office 365 using the Staged Migration Process while maintaining the same domain?

Additionally, what tools and services are supported and available for this migration?

The plan is to transition to Microsoft 365 E3 for approximately 700-800 users, migrating in batches of 200 while retaining the same domain name.

Any guidance on tools, services, and migration options would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, @MPLA_1111

Migrating from MailEnable to Office 365 with a staged migration mainly consists of the following steps:

    1. Make sure you have administrative privileges on MailEnable and Office365.
    2. Verify that you have a domain that you are using with Office365.
    3. Use AAD to sync your on-premises directory with Office365.
    4. Create a migration endpoint in the EAC and complete the server connection setup.
    5. Create a CSV file containing the email addresses of the users you want to migrate.
    6. Start the migration batch.
    7. Keep up with new DNS records

In addition, as far as I know, the Advik email migration tool can transfer emails from MailEnable to Office365. More information can be found How to Migrate MailEnable to Office 365 Email?
