How can I access SPF and DKIM records for my personal (not business/not admin) outlook.com custom domain email address?

I was directed here after an attempt to ask this in Microsoft's Outlook support channels... Seems like this is my last line of hope.

In attempting to send a test email from my work email (r***@ryanlon****.com) to my personal email (br*****@gmail.com) or any other gmail email account this is the bounce back error.

[mx.google.com] gave this error: This mail has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM. Authentication results: DKIM = did not pass SPF [[ryanlongnecker.com]] with ip: [2a01:1*******3::807] = did not pass For instructions on setting up authentication, go to https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126#authentication v14-20020a05620a440e00b007832f6fe70fsi1908971qkp.287 - gsmtp

In all of the online documentation I have found through google/microsoft/squarespace the only options to obtain my spf and dkim records to add to my squarespace dns are options that involve an admin (microsoft 365 business) account, which I do not have. My email is logged in through outlook.com and the customer service options through Microsoft are somewhere between confusing and awful.

I already know how to implement them on the dns portion of my squarespace domain as well.

I realize authentications either on google or microsoft have changed, but if I could get the necessary records or at least a decent customer service chat/call to navigate this seems like it should be far simpler than the maze I've attempted to navigate for the past 3 days. Please obiwankenobi you're my only hope.
