How do I link my old (2000 era) MCP and MCSA certifications to Learn?

Question

As per the title, I am MCP and MCSA certified from the early 2000's.

• I do have my old Microsoft Certification ID (MC ID) number
• I do not have access to the email or actually even know the account credentials used to access the old MCP website
• I can't figure out how to link my MCP and MCSA certification into MS Learn using my old MC ID number

Can you please help add my old MCP and MSCA certifications into the Learn platform?
