It's been more than the promised 7 days for review since I submitted documents to get identity validation so I can use code signing.
I have a paid support account and am not getting a response within days (vs SLA promise of 8 hours).
The support ticket itself shows an error and I don't know if anyone is seeing it.

@Greg B Reviewed the status based on the validation id, showing in progress, would like to check do you see any option to upload any documents related to this ask?
I already did that on Oct 30. The document is just sitting there waiting for review.
I would greatly appreciate help here to close out today if possible, it's been 10 days without a response on the application - and my direct support ticket is not getting any reply even though we're about 5x past the promised response time for paid support.
@Greg B As per the last update, Identity validation is still in progress, will update this post once it is completed.
Any update on this? It's been 19 days since I submitted a request to be able to code sign and it is still not resolved. When I did this with Apple, the approval process took less than 2 days.
I have paid for 8 hour support, but received no reply at all within 11 days.
I submitted documentation matching the requested parameters exactly and it was rejected with no feedback whatsoever. I have submitted another document as requested, but it has not been reviewed 4 days later.
This level of support for Trusted Signing is at a level which is simply unprofessional. In multiple cases, the response time is much longer than the official maximum time promised for a response. Please provide timely support.
