    Hi @Mani

    Welcome to our forum!

Here are a few additional methods that might help resolve the issue:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that Outlook and Office are up to date. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs and improve performance:
      • Go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now
    2. Disable Download Shared Folders: Sometimes, downloading shared folders can cause performance issues. Try disabling this option:
      • File > Account Settings > Account Settings>Change>More Settings> Advanced tab>Uncheck Download shared folders>Restart Outlook and see if the issue persists
    3. Rebuild the Search Index: A corrupted search index can cause Outlook to freeze. Rebuilding it might help:
      • File > Options > Search>Click Indexing Options>Click Advanced and then Rebuild>Restart Outlook after the rebuild is complete
    4. Create a New Outlook Profile: Sometimes, the Outlook profile itself can be corrupted. Creating a new profile might resolve the issue:
      • Close Outlook>Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles>Add, create a new profile and configure your email account>Set the new profile as the default and restart Outlook
    5. Run Outlook in Safe Mode: Running Outlook in Safe Mode can help identify if add-ins are causing the issue:
      • Windows + R>Type Outlook /safe and press Enter.
      • If Outlook works fine in Safe Mode, disable add-ins one by one to identify the culprit: File > Options > Add-ins>At the bottom, select COM Add-ins and click Go>Uncheck all add-ins and restart Outlook. Enable them one by one to find the problematic one.

    Hope it helps!
