I can't access the Microsoft 365 Developer Program.

Question

I need to gain access to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. I have been assigned a Visual Studio Enterprise (MPN) (Partner Center) license. However, even after logging into the portal https://developer.microsoft.com/, I still see a pop-up window appearing: Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription. It has been 72 hours since the license was assigned.
