I'm running microsoft 365 on two computer and want to sync outlook calendars on both computers. I'd like to sync contacts, notes, and to dos as well. I'm not sure if my outlook file is locally or on one drive?

I'd also like to load the 365 app on my android and sync calendars between phone and both computers.

Are you using Microsoft's Outlook.com email service for individuals or Exchange Online for organizations?

In that case, you can synchronize your contacts, etc.

For Android, please use Outlook for Android.

Do you want to log in to the same account on two devices?

To seamlessly sync email, contacts, and calendar data between two different devices, you need to use an Exchange-based email account configured on each device. The Exchange account will sync all data in both directions.

When you add an account, select Connect and enter the password, then the configured account will be of Exchange type.
