Unable to Upgrade free subscription to pay as you go. Not eligible for an upgrade Please help

I signed for a free account two weeks ago and I received an email this morning to upgrade to pay as you go and also my account is disabled because I've used up the $200 credit on my account

when I tried to upgrade the free subscription to pay as you go subscription it says I am not eligible for an upgrade and ask me to contact support, I cant find any support please help.

    Hi @Chas Shelton ,

    the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

    After clicking on Return to support request you have to provide additional information and you should be able to submit the support request.

    Thanks for your response, I Dont seem to find it on my account. Are there any other alternatives.
