Hi everyone,

I need to deploy a standard set of RSS feeds to each user’s Outlook client. Manual import of the OPML file is feasible but time-consuming, and ideally, I’d like a more automated solution.

Requirements:

  • Solution must work in Office 2016 & Office 365.

We need to avoid manual processes for each user, if possible.

Questions:

  1. Has anyone found a reliable way to automate RSS feed?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or guidance!

    Hi @Phearun ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research, I tried looking for relevant GPOs and scripts, but I didn't find any way to automatically import OPML files in Outlook. I'm afraid that you need to import the OPML file manually in Outlook.
