    Hi Pablo,

The above problem mentioned by you was faced by myself too few months before, in my case what I did was I connected with azure support team over email and support center in azure and sorted out the issue related to my disabled subscription and they also helped me to enable the same by guiding me how to pay the previous due , you can go to subscription page in your azure portal click support center at the bottom and choose subscription and billing issues , it will navigate to required page for your issue and you can raise the ticket also for the same and the respective azure team will connect you for the issue resolution.

    Hi @Pablo Jimenez
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

Check your billing information: Make sure your billing information, such as payment method and billing address, is up-to-date and accurate. You can do this by logging into the Azure Portal and navigating to the "Billing and Cost Management" section.

Contact Microsoft Support: If your billing information is still active and you have past invoices, you can contact Microsoft Support for assistance. You can do this by submitting a support request through the Azure Portal or by calling the support phone number for your area. When contacting support, be sure to provide your account information and a description of the problem you are having.

Pay your overdue invoices: When your billing profile is reactivated, you can pay your overdue invoices by going to the "Invoices" section of the Azure portal, selecting the invoice you want to pay. You can then choose a payment method and complete the payment process.

Configure automatic billing: To avoid future billing issues, you can configure automatic billing for your Azure subscription. This will ensure that your invoices are paid on time and your billing profile remains active. You can do this by going to the "Payment Methods" section of the Azure Portal and selecting "Add a payment method"
