The error message you received indicates that the Azure OpenAI service has detected behavior that may violate its content policy. This could be due to the content of the prompts or responses that you are generating.
Did you observe this behavior earlier? Did you try changing the prompt?
You can also adjust the content filter severity levels and check.
Note that, Configurable content filters for inputs (prompts) and outputs (completions) are available for the following Azure OpenAI models:
- GPT model series
- GPT-4 Turbo Vision GA* (
turbo-2024-04-09) - GPT-4o
- GPT-4o mini
- DALL-E 2 and 3
Configurable content filters are not available for
- o1-preview
- o1-mini

2024-11-14T13:29:25.45+00:00 William (Bo) Wang Looks like your resource is blocked. See blocklist in Azure OpenAI if you have configured any. There are few Usage restrictions as well. If we doesn't meet these, content filter might trigger.
Also, I see that you are using old look of Azure OpenAI studio. Can you switch to new Azure OpenAI studio look and check once?
If that doesn't help, for a deeper investigation and immediate assistance on this issue, I would recommend you create a support request

I just reviewed all the prompts and parameters, and it's okay. How many hours will the service be down (Cooldown time)?
