we couldn't save your calendar event

hello.

i'm mangaing office 365.

one user called me and send me this picture.

professor is using the outlook's calendar. if this function do not work, it will be critical.

please help me how to solve this problem.

on mobile, calendar editing works.

my computer, calendar editing works.

but professor's computer, calendar editing do not works.

I had a user complaining about not able to edit calendar events and getting same error. When I checked, her recoverable items folder was full and mailbox had legal hold applied. After enabling archive mailbox and running "Managed folder assistant" on the affected mailbox, older emails moved to archive mailbox and user was finally able to edit her calendar.
