    Hello,

Your current situation is indeed tricky, but you can try to recover your system and important data by following the steps below. Here are the detailed steps:

    1. Access Advanced Startup Options

Force Restart: Start by turning off the computer. Then, turn it back on and as soon as you see the Windows logo, hold the power button to force a shutdown. Repeat this 2-3 times until you see the Preparing Automatic Repair screen.

Troubleshoot: Once in the recovery environment, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options.

    1. Try Safe Mode

From the Advanced options, select Startup Settings and then click Restart. After your PC restarts, press 4 to enter Safe Mode. This mode loads a minimal set of drivers and might allow you to access the system and restore the registry key.

    1. System Restore

If you can access Safe Mode, you can try performing a System Restore. This will revert your system to a previous state before the registry key was deleted. In the Advanced options, select System Restore and follow the prompts.

    1. Use Command Prompt

If you can't access Safe Mode, you can use the Command Prompt from the Advanced options. Here, you can attempt to restore the registry from backup files located in C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack. Use the following commands:

    copy C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack* C:\Windows\System32\config\

This command will replace the current registry with the backup files.

    1. Data Recovery Options

If the above steps don’t work, consider using data recovery software or connecting the hard drive to another computer to recover important files.

    1. Professional Help

If the data is extremely crucial and you’re unable to recover it yourself, it might be worth consulting a professional data recovery service.

    Important Notes

Backup: If you manage to recover the system, consider setting up regular backups to avoid similar issues in the future.

Registry Editing: Be cautious when editing the registry in the future, as it can lead to system instability.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong
