Does Region selection affect deploy conditions?

Question

Walking through: https://microsoftlearning.github.io/mslearn-ai-fundamentals/Instructions/Labs/01-machine-learning.html

I selected Brazil as workspace region since it is the closest geographical region.

All good until "Deploy and test the model"

I couldn't select "Virtual machine: Standard_DS3_v2" so I leave the already select value (D2_a something). DS3 was complaining something about quotas.

Instance count has force to be 1

Then deployment failed.

I couldn't continue the lab. I will try to use the default value on the region, it is the only thing that I made custom during the exercise.

I deleted all resources.
