Bro I cant update whatsapp or uninstall it even if i went to the settings>selected apps>uninstall.

So basically I cant update whatsapp for some reason, it just get stuck at downloaded 195kb and it wont go any further. Then i tried to uninstall it then re install but i cant uninstall it.
