I have a spreadsheet that my team uses in excel that we share on the web browser and use chrome. When we try to insert new cells they show up as white until we enter txt into them, and then they are hgihlighted as this green color shown below. But we cannot change the color of the boxes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you checked the Conditional Formatting rules? Have you checked any existing macros?

Mine started after my Excel crashed and reopened. When selecting a cell, it highlights the column and row in green. My spreadsheet is not a shared spreadsheet.
