Need help to create web app on azure sandbox to call LLM to generate cobol code from design

Hi, I am participating in hackathon and would like to create a web application using Azure Sandbox, where the application would have 3 upload options 1 for old design 2 for new design 3 for old code and a submit button. once submitted the app would call LLM mode from Azure and generate the Cobol code. can you please help. my email ids - xxxxxxxx.com, xxxxxxx.com, +xxxxxxxx.

Are you referring to Microsoft Learn Sandbox or something else?

Hi Ajkuma, I am working for one of the largest CSD in UK and we have system build on tandem, we use Cobol language to write our code, the manual writing of code take lot of time so i am building he application where I ask developer the design i.e. pseudo code like English language and can send that design to LLM using API or some other means so that LLM can generate the code, we are doing this as a part of hackathon and we are into finals for this idea which can save significant project code in terms of development. feel free to connect for more details. sample design for web app.jpg web page is attached, where after submit button designs should be send to llm as a part of prompt and then llm can respond with cobol code. please help.
