Manage changes for Windows DCOM Server Security Feature Bypass (CVE-2021-26414)

Hi Team,

We are unable to find the binaries for below KBs on Microsoft Catalog. These updates are very important for our endpoints and we are managing in a centralized manner. Having these KBs available only via Windows Updates makes our job really difficult. We request Microsoft to provide the Binaries in Catalog.
