Copilot not creating new documents

Hi

When I ask Copilot to copy questions from one document and paste them into another document, it claims to have done it but the data never appears. This behaviour changed yesterday in that was originally saying that it had copied it but now with the same prompt it gives me the questions and tells me that I can copy them in. Is Copilot not able to extract information from one document and copy it into another? I am certain I've watched How to videos of this exact process.

Also, when I request that it creates a new document from a template it claims to have done it but hasn't. It tells me it is generating the document and to wait but it never actually does it. When I ask it to provide a link to the documents, it tries but it tells me that the external link has been removed for my privacy.

Hello Heidi!
Probably we have to wait a bit longer for Microsoft to introduce the concept of artifacts (as in Claude Projects and OpenAI). Then, I guess this mechanism will work more smoothly.

Can you recall the link you referred to in 'I've watched How-to videos of this exact process'?
