    Hi JD Ruiz Colegio,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand you're having some trouble accessing the Azure Content Safety portal after signing in.  Let's go through a few troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the looping issue you're encountering.

    1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies: Sometimes, corrupted cache or cookies can cause login issues. Clearing them can often resolve the problem. Here are the steps on how to do this for both Firefox and Edge:
      • For Firefox:
      1. Click on the Menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the browser window.
      2. Select "Settings" from the menu.
      3. Click on "Privacy & Security" in the left-hand sidebar.
      4. Under "Cookies and Site Data," click on "Clear Data..."
      5. In the dialog box that appears, make sure both "Cookies" and "Site Data" are checked.
      6. Select the time range for which you want to clear the data (e.g., "All time").
      7. Click on "Clear" to clear the cache and cookies.
      • For Edge:
      1. Click on the Menu button (three dots) in the top right corner of the browser window.
      2. Select "Settings" from the menu.
      3. Click on "Privacy, search, and services" in the left-hand sidebar.
      4. Under "Clear browsing data," click on "Choose what to clear."
      5. Make sure both "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.
      6. Select the time range for which you want to clear the data (e.g., "All time").
      7. Click on "Clear now" to clear the cache and cookies.
    2. Try a different browser: If clearing the cache and cookies doesn't resolve the issue, try accessing the portal using a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari. This will help determine if the problem is specific to Firefox or Edge.
    3. Disable browser extensions:  In some cases, browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Try temporarily disabling any extensions you have installed to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that you're not behind a proxy server that might be blocking access to the Azure portal.

If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to reach out for further assistance. We're here to help!

It seems that, for some reason, I have 2 "default" directories

    User's image

and for unknow reasons I had, by default, the directory that was not created by my personal account azure subscription.

The best I could do was to try to select the correct directory on the little time I had before the portal start to loop. After selecting the right one, the portal stops looping.
