Cannot access lab as sandbox is in restricted tenant

I am following the AZ-900 certification prep course on Coursera and in my first lab I have to activate the sandbox, but it gets stuck on a restricted tenant and does not allow me to perform the lab. I cannot change the directory as I only have 1 option. Please your support here:
