Hi there, I've been using Outlook for years, but I just got a new laptop, so I did a new install on the new machine (Macbook Pro) However, there are two issues I am facing: I can no longer PIN items Per other threads on this topic, adjusting the filters to be "newest on top" and "sort by date" did not fix the issue. No space when replying When I reply to an email, there is NO space for me to type. It puts the "FROM" right at the top with no space to write, and if I press "return" to add space, it just adds a bunch of lines (screenshot attached)

Hi there,
