I wanted to reset my pc, but there wasn't an option in trouble shoot. if I go to settings, it also says no window image. + I checked my health of my pc multiple times, it didn't help. I tried reinstalling windows 11 fresh & new, still didn't work. I am worried that my pc is in danger if I don't get help soon.

I uninstalled everything as well to see if something had a virus, didn't help.

    Hello,

Based on what you've described, there are some serious problems with your PC. Here are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the problem:

    1. Create a Windows 11 Installation Media:
      • Use another working PC to create a Windows 11 installation media.
      • Download the Media Creation Tool from the official Microsoft website.
      • Run the tool and follow the instructions to create a bootable USB drive with Windows 11.
    2. Boot from the Installation Media:
      • Insert the bootable USB drive into your problematic PC.
      • Restart your PC and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing a key like F2, F12, DEL, or ESC during startup).
      • Change the boot order to boot from the USB drive.
    3. Reinstall Windows 11:
      • Once you boot from the USB drive, you should see the Windows 11 installation setup.
      • Choose your language, time, and keyboard preferences, then click "Next".
      • Click "Install Now".
      • When prompted, enter your Windows product key or skip this step if you don't have it available.
      • Choose the option for a custom installation (this will allow you to do a clean install).
      • Select the partition where you want to install Windows (typically the primary partition) and click "Next".
    4. Format the Drive if Necessary:
      • If you continue to experience issues, you may need to format the drive before installing Windows.
      • In the custom installation screen, select the partition and choose the option to format it. Be aware that this will erase all data on the partition.
    5. Check Hardware:
      • If a clean install of Windows still doesn't resolve the issue, there might be a hardware problem.
      • Perform a check of your hard drive/SSD, RAM, and other critical components to ensure they are functioning correctly.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong
