To resolve the issue with the AVD workspace not being visible in the web client or remote desktop app, confirm the following:
While you have Contributor, User Access Administrator, Virtual Machine Administrator Login, and Virtual Machine User Login roles, you may need the Desktop Virtualization Reader or Virtualization Admin role to view AVD resources.
Make sure that AVD workspace is properly registered, and users are assigned to the appropriate application group (Desktop or RemoteApp) in Entra ID (Azure AD). Check that there are no conditional access policies blocking access.
In the Remote Desktop client, try refreshing the feed or logging out and back in, as client caching issues can sometimes hide workspaces.
